Chris: I’ve got so many songs that I’ve written with Lee that have never seen the light of day, and I didn’t want these to get lost. In the end, a lot of mine and Thommo’s songs ended up on the ‘box set’ version of the album. So what happened was, we had all these songs left over. And I was determined to get them finished. So I went to a studio in Crouch End with this guy called Anthony Leung, and he had the job of trying to pull these things together.

‘My Obsession’, I’m pretty sure that I sequenced that and everything. I mean, I must have got Mike to play on it, surely… It was really fast piano.
